This policy explains what personal information PK Home Designs collects from people who enquire about our interior design services, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect
When you complete an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, contact us through our website, or reach us by phone or WhatsApp, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- What you tell us about your project — property type, scope, budget range, timelines and any preferences you choose to share
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, identity documents, financial account details or any other sensitive personal information as part of an enquiry.
2. Why we use it
- To contact you about the enquiry you made
- To understand your requirement and prepare a design proposal or quotation
- To arrange a consultation or site visit
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you
We use your information for the enquiry you raised. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists without asking you first.
3. Automated calls
When you submit an enquiry, we may call you using an automated calling assistant to take your initial details before a member of our team follows up. The assistant identifies itself, and the call may be recorded so we have an accurate record of what you asked for.
If you would rather not be called this way, tell us during the call or email us, and we will contact you only by a method you prefer.
4. Who else handles your information
We use service providers to run our enquiries and communications. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes above:
- RoutePush, operated by Keyblocks Strategy Consulting Pvt Ltd (Hyderabad, India) — our customer-communications platform, which handles our enquiry records, calls and messages on our behalf.
- Meta Platforms — where you complete a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects it and passes it to us. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the project and any period afterwards required for tax and accounting purposes. If your enquiry does not lead to work together, we delete or anonymise the record within 24 months, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your enquiry record
- stop contacting you

7. Security
Enquiry records are held in access-controlled systems provided by the platforms named above. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your details to the people who need them to respond to you.
8. Children
Our services are offered to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
